 Our Bulk West division is an expanding growing logistics offering that includes rail operations, ports and terminals, containerised freight and trucking. As we strive to be the first choice for customers, we need to ensure that all areas of our business are working efficiently. With this as our main focus, we are excited to have new opportunities within our Scheduling and Rostering team based in Perth, responsible for engaging with our customers and managing end-to-end supply chain processes.

Current opportunities available-

Resourcing and Improvement Leader:  Exciting new role looking for an experienced leader with an analyst background to lead the development and implementation of process & business improvements to enable safe, reliable and cost-effective delivery of train services. Manage a team to roster and allocate employees and rollingstock to ensure services are crewed with optimal efficiency, cost effectiveness and optimising asset utilisation.

Customer Logistics Leader: This Customer Logistics Leader role will see you lead and develop a team to conduct customer service, logistics contract execution and scheduling for the Bulk Logistics Division, while maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through fostering an innovative, purposeful, and customer-first culture. Strong logistics/ supply chain experience is preferred.

Customer Logistics Coordinator: These roles are pivotal as the direct point of contact for our customers as you provide daily/ weekly ordering and scheduling support to customers in the scheduling of rollingstock and ancillary equipment to ensure that the total logistics requirements of customers are achieved from 48 hours out to 3months. You will seek to understand your customers’ needs and identify, drive, and assist with implementation of operational improvement initiatives. Weekend on-call component on a rotational basis. Those from a customer service background will be highly regarded.
